Appearance
A young, small hedgehog girl, Cirucci is gray with peach skin and a clearly defined set of black, scale-like markings on her upper arms - something carried by a large number of Riphoseth family members from both the tribal and civilized sides. This identifies her as a member of a "Dragon Clan". She has wild, ragged green hair that flows to the middle of her back, while her eyes are blue and wild, often with fear or anger when she encounters those not friendly to her tribe.
Attire
Cirucci doesn't dress in a way most Mobians would understand, wearing a tubetop constructed of leaves and pelts, a loincloth of pelts, and no shoes. However, in her tribe, the rough leatherwork that is performed is worn only by the men who fight with weaponry as armor, not the support fighters or children.
History
Abilities
Cirucci has ancient blood, believed to tie into a Mobianised Reshiram or Zekrom due to her power set and the dragon mark on her shoulders. As such, she has been seen using a small number of Dragon abilities, as well as techniques from the elements of Fire, Electricity and Wind. In addition, she has been learning to fight with non-fatal weaponry to help protect her clan. She is quite skilled with the use of blow-darts, specifically Dragon Blow-darts, which are coated with the a natural sedative produced from ground dragon scales, and has been trained to cast magic with a Dragon Staff, which is capable of rendering a target mute temporarily, leaving them unable to vocalise to create spells or use magic.
However, Cirucci speaks very little due to her tribal upbringing. Communication is normally made through non-verbal gestures, although she can comprehend language if spoken to. In addition, she has no true training to fight in hand-to-hand combat, and as such relies on individual techniques that she has learned - against agile and acrobatic opponents, that leaves her at a disadvantage.
Fire Abilities
- Blue Flare - Cirucci, due to her age and lack of training in her elemental stamina, can only use this technique once, after which she is unable to use energy-based combat techniques for the next week.
