Chip Jr. is a fanmade interpretation of Light Gaia, He is owned by Antichronic also Known by Tsuyo or CyneTyme.
In his universe he is considered the reincarnation/son of the original Light Gaia. Born from one of the two eggs of Gaia, alongside the evolved planet from the very start he possessed more potential then his previous incarnation. Chip Jr. looks similar but develops far more different then the original Chip, even growing into a mobian like and sized body. This can be assumed a mutation due to having it's egg around Mobians so much, or just do to being born from Gaia.
Anyone is allowed to use this character, make parodies or usage of any of the concepts, art and overall stories the character is involved in. The only restriction to this rule will be if usage of the character is involved with monetization, in which case you will need permission from the characters owner. If you do use my character, id be excited to see what you do.

Happy-Go-Lucky, kind and generous. Chip Jr. also would tend to act more like the Original Chip after he gained his memories back.

Base[]
Base Form gives Chip Jr. access to no special abilities. This is the foundation for all his potential power-ups. Though, it should be noted that in just his base form he can rival the Super Forms of his fellow teammates!
Colossus Avatar[]
Chip Jr. manifests an avatar of pure Light Gaia around himself, heavily resembling the Gaia Colossus. This seems to be his equivalent to a "Perfect Dark Gaia" like state. It surpasse's the power usually possessed by Stage 2 Super Forms his teammates use and can even rival the Ultra leveled ones.
Gaia Light Plate[]
Chip Jr. condenses the Colossus Avatar down to his size, in turn magnifying the power of the energy. He's also adding to and actively boosting his power even without this as it requires great power and control to hold this mode. He only accesses this once in CGA, with it's power being on par with if not slightly above the Hyper Forms.
