Chando the Vontsira is a scout that serves the Ice Clan of Kyanos.
Physical Description[]
A lean vontsira who stands a fair bit over three feet tall, Chando has a somewhat short muzzle with a round nose, medium-sized, pointed ears that somewhat stand upright, and a long, somewhat fluffy tail.
Her fur is primarily Crayola periwinkle in color, with a white muzzle and chest, while her ears, facial markings, forearms, and tail rings are shadow blue in color. She has no hair on her head, instead having a tuft of longer fur on her forehead as well as longer fur at the back of her head that's tied into a ponytail, and she also has heterochromia, with her left eye being African violet in color, and her right eye being amaranth purple in color.

As a scout, Chando is stealthy and fast. She specializes in spying on enemies and monitoring their movements and numbers in order to help her more offensively-inclined comrades, and also works well with hit-and-run tactics. This is not to say that she is completely useless in a fight, however; she wields a dagger for protection, and although her overall strength isn't terribly formidable, she's still physically fit enough to be a decent hand-to-hand combatant.
Chando is an adept cryokinetic, and primarily uses lower-tier offensive techniques and utility-based techniques of the Ice Element. Being a vontsira, she is a highly adept climber, and also has keen senses of both sight and smell.
Strengths/Resistances[]
Chando is relatively resistant to the Elements of Ice and Water (her Ice resistance is somewhat higher, however). She is quite agile, able to dodge slow-moving opponents and attacks with ease. Cold, moisture-heavy weather also strengthens her powers to some degree, and her thick, insulating fur helps to protect her from such weather as well.
Weaknesses[]
Chando is weak to the Elements of Fire and Earth. Her defenses aren't anything special, therefore she mostly relies on her agility to try and evade potentially devastating attacks. Being a manipulator of Ice, severe ambient heat can greatly dampen her powers, and her thick, insulating fur leaves her prone to heat exhaustion in hot weather.

A generally kind-hearted and empathetic person, Chando is pretty easy to get along with. She's not argumentative and typically prefers to keep things peaceful if at all possible, and usually tries to see the good in people overall. She's heavily ruled by her emotions, however, and tends to crack hard under any kind of pressure; she's also rather anxiety-prone and naïve, being rather easy to mislead. Chando's dislike of conflict makes her overly passive at times, and she's fairly easy to push around.
