Cetos the Olingo is an assassin that serves the Wind Clan of Khazri. He is also the twin brother of Ventos the Olingo.
Physical Description[]
A lean olingo who stands a fair bit over three feet tall, Cetos has a short muzzle with a round nose, medium-sized, rounded ears that sit more at the sides of his head than on top of it, and a long, somewhat slender tail.
His fur is primarily pale mint in color, with a peach muzzle, chest, and stomach, as well as laurel green facial markings, forearms, and tail rings. He has no hair on his head, instead having a tuft of longer fur, and his eyes are arylide yellow in color.

As an assassin, Cetos excels in the realm of stealth and swift, deadly attacks, able to dispatch unwary foes with little to no hassle. His agility and surprisingly high level of physical power allow him to easily thrive in a duel against a single opponent, but he tends to suffer against multiple foes, due to his inherent lack of durability. He wields a dagger as his primary weapon, useful for his assassination efforts, but when engaged in an actual fight, he wields a falchion instead. Despite his supposed lack of defined musculature, his physical strength is considerably higher than it looks, primarily due to his extensive training as an assassin; he can lift up to 400 lbs. without assistance.
Dueling and assassination is not his only forte; his naturally tactical mind as well as his capabilities for stealth allow him to function as a sort of spy and observer, similar to a scout, although with a much deadlier combat ability to back him up. He also doesn't make it readily obvious that he is an assassin, often posing as a soldier or even a scout in order to let down the guard of high priority targets. His cunning nature also makes him fairly adept at deceiving and manipulating his targets and opponents as well.
Cetos is a fairly adept aerokinetic, and primarily uses melee-range, low to mid-tier offensive techniques of the Wind Element, although he does employ a fair amount of utility-based techniques as well; however, he has little in the way of usable ranged abilities apart from simple, low-power techniques. Being an olingo, he is a naturally adept limber, using his long tail for both balance and grip, although it's not truly prehensile; he also has keen senses of both hearing and smell.
Strengths/Resistances[]
Cetos is relatively resistant to the Elements of Wind and Nature (his Wind resistance is somewhat higher, however); he can turn away or even outright nullify gaseous or particle-based abilities with his aerokinesis, as well. He is quite fast, and can easily outpace slower foes and evade their attacks. He's also more than capable of dueling a single opponent due to his high speed and surprisingly high strength.
Weaknesses[]
Cetos is weak to the Elements of Earth and Electricity. His defenses aren't anything special, therefore he mostly relies on his agility to try and evade potentially devastating attacks, and to survive against multiple opponents. Being a manipulator of wind, having his limbs restricted in any way nullifies his aerokinesis.
