Hybrid Mobians are a hybrid of Mobian and anything that isn't a Mobian, such as a succubus/incubus, a feral, a human, etc.
Pokemon/Mobian Hybrids do NOT count, and neither do hybrid species (like hedgecats); the latter are still full Mobian.
