Description[]
The user builds up energy within their body, before unleashing it in the form of a massive icy gust of wind, filled with snow and ice. The technique then continues temporarily without the user's focus, creating a small, localized blizzard. The attack is strong to the degree that most fire-type techniques are extinguished by its cold. However, a strong enough Fire-type technique can be used to counter the technique.
The technique has a one-in-ten chance of freezing it's target, encasing them in ice.
Beings with the genetic ability Ice Body are immune to its effect, instead absorbing the attack to heal and restore strength.
