Amaranth the Raccoon is a battle magess that serves the Ice Clan of Kyanos.
Physical Description[]
A slender raccoon who stands a little over three feet tall, Amaranth has a fairly short muzzle with a triangular nose, somewhat small, pointed ears that stand upright, and a bushy, medium-length tail.
Her fur is primarily ghost white in color, with a white muzzle, chest and stomach, as well as cerulean blue eye mask, ears, forearms, and tail stripes. Her hair, which is relatively short and sticks up a lot in the back, is black in color, and her eyes are blush in color.
Her outfit consists of a short-sleeve shirt with rolled-up sleeves, black shorts, fingerless gloves, and boots. She also has two studs in her left ear, and an ascot around her neck.

As a battle magess, Amaranth excels at dealing large amounts of Elemental/energy-based damage in a short amount of time, bursting down fragile opponents before they get a chance to touch her. She primarily attacks from a range to further supplement her combat style, using her respectable speed and agility to stay out of the reach of her opponents while peppering them with Elemental salvos. She needs to rely on this strategy quite a bit, however, as she is fairly fragile overall; any opponent who can get past her onslaught and retaliate with strong attacks of their own will be able to overwhelm her.
Amaranth is a highly adept cryokinetic, and primarily uses mid to high-level ranged/energy-based techniques of the Ice Element; as her physical strength isn't amazing in the slightest, her physical/close-ranged options are rather weak, and she doesn't really bother to use those anyways. Being a raccoon, she is an agile climber, and also has a keen sense of hearing; she also has sharp teeth that can serve as decent weapons in a pinch.
Strengths/Resistances[]
Amaranth is relatively resistant to the Elements of Ice and Water (her Ice resistance is somewhat higher, however). She is also quite agile, able to dodge slow-moving opponents and attacks with ease. Cold, moisture-heavy weather also strengthens her powers to some degree, and her thick, insulating fur helps to protect her from such weather as well.
Weaknesses[]
Amaranth is weak to the Elements of Fire and Earth. Her defenses aren't anything special, therefore she mostly relies on her agility to try and evade potentially devastating attacks. Being a manipulator of Ice, severe ambient heat can greatly dampen her powers, and her thick, insulating fur leaves her prone to heat exhaustion in hot weather. Her physical strength is also less than stellar, making her falter heavily in hand-to-hand combat.
