Go to the three dots (normally at the top right side of your screen) tap them, and then tap upload new file. It should be right under the option for adding a new page.
@DJdrawsthings As one of the more prolific creators on the wiki, I'll show you the ropes. Adding pages is fine, but they've got to be more than 2 paragraphs long. Also keep the stuff below PG-13.

My current takeaway is that Sega should stop trying to remaster old games. They messed up Colors and now they've apparently messed up Gens. The Shadow portion is receiving praise, so it would seem like Sega just are bad at remaking old games. The writing of Gens was awful, so the only way to fix it would have been a total rewrite.
But I'd have to skim through the spoilers for the Shadow part.
