...As for infoboxes... infoboxes are there to make characters look more "professional" and "smarter".
I respect what you're saying, Shou, and they do make my pages look awesome. I just don't think they should be mandatory.
The wiki is supposed to be a place for fun, not necessarily a place for professionalism. But I do get where you're coming from.
Ah I should have elaborated a bit more.
Infoboxes were put in place because trolls came and attacked the wiki for, well, looking pathetic. Infoboxes were kinda a step forwards from that. And it worked, so it appears.
I'm for the additions. The removals, kinda of.
X amount of categories is stupid BUT I think it needs to have a category partaining to its article (Object, location, super form, etc) and for characters to have their gender, species and alignment.
As for infoboxes... infoboxes are there to make characters look more "professional" and "smarter".
I honestly don't see much reason in this. Anyone has the freedom to make whatever composite they want from whatever elements they want, so why bother trying to make something that's set in stone?
What kinda of articles can be entered? Just character, or can we include locations, objects etc?
Oh also, if you need judges I'll volunteer.
