Candlelight smiled, "Gladly! Follow me!" she tells Nicole, and motions her to follow her upstairs. She guides her to the left, into Candlelight's mother's room. It's a rather large bedroom with a king-sized bed. The TV is on, playing some random Spanish Novela, "Oh mom..." she tells herself, finding the remote and turning the TV off, "Well, here you are Nicole! Make yourself at home!"
Candlelight nodded and giggled, "It's my house silly! I have my own bed upstairs, and Ali brought over an air mattress to sleep to sleep in my room with me!"
Candlelight smiled and nodded, "Yeah, definitely!" she exclaimed, "One of you can crash on the couch and the other gets my mom's bed!" She then looked at the other, "I guess you guys can decide who gets what."
Alison snickered, "Unless you guys wanna of course.... share the bed!" She giggled and Candlelight gasped.
Candlelight smiled, "Good to see someone who understands my struggle in some kind of way, I guess" she chuckled.
Alison giggled, less frightened, "Yeah! I love how Candle has that. It's so unique, sometimes I wish I can remember everything."
Candlelight giggles, "Well, it does have it's perks." she told them, with a shrug, "usually when people ask me about it I just say it's a blessing and a curse. It comes in handy, but like Alison said, once I see something, it's literally impossible for me to unsee it, and believe me, I have a whole list of things I wish I never saw in the first place!"
Alison has a horrified look on her face, contrasting to Candlelight, who seems to understand what the two have said. Alison's eyes slowly went to Candle, ".....What.... what just.... happened?" She was clearly terrified.
Candlelight nodded, "Well then. You two are quite interesting" She seems to be completely unbothered by what she just witnessed, "As long as you don't do that spirit possessing to either of us, I really don't mind it!" She giggles, "I don't have any special powers like that, just a strong photographic memory..."
Alison looked over at the two, and then back at Candlelight, still in shock, "Now that image is just trapped in your mind I guess!" Alison tells her, with a nervous laugh.
The two girls looked at each other and nodded their heads. "Let's hear it!" Candlelight told the two.
Candlelight giggled, "I'm glad you like my house!" she then paused, "Well I mean I live here, but I live with my mom. I grew up in this house, but unfortunately in an effort for car money and other endeavors, I didn't move out" she told the two, scratching her head, "My mom's away for the week, so it's just me and Ali..... and you two of course!"
The house itself wasn't too shabby. It was a nice humble two-story beige villa on a slant with two outdoor balconies on the second floor, one in the front, and the other in the back. Inside the house was the living room, with couches and a flat-screen television. The room connected to the kitchen, with a table to eat, a microwave, oven a stove and a sink. Upstairs were the bedrooms, with a nice looking bathroom and downstairs was the basement, with a deserted bar and pool table. The group walked inside, and Candlelight sat down on the couch,
"It's not the best, but I really like it here!" Candlelight told the two as Alison plopped down right next to her.
Candlelight nodded, "It's on that street up ahead," she told them as they turned on the block.
The two nodded, Alison then changed the subject to bring the mood up a bit, "Anyways, we're not that far from your house are we Candlelight?" She asked.
Candlelight looked around the street, "About five more minutes, maybe less" she told them.
Candlelight turned to Alison, "You wanna explain it to them?" She asked uneasily, as Alison nodded her head.
"When Candle was 12, she celebrated her grandpa's birthday by flying to a resort. They stayed in a nice room and had lots of fun there. But one night when they were all having dinner, they went to the balcony to eat. But when they went back inside...." she paused and sighed, then looking at Candle, who nodded as she continued, "her father fell to his death."
Candlelight gave both of them a dark look, "You guys don't even know the half of it...." She said quietly, as Alison hugged her and Candlelight looked up at the sky.
Alison looked at him sorrowfully, "My grandma used to live down there" she sighed, "she's long gone now, but the years with her were fun, I guess."
Alison looked at him, "I used to have family in Mobotropolis, actually" She started to tell him, "it's pretty nice there, I haven't been there in years though!"
Candlelight smiled, "Same here!" as they keep on walking. She then realized she forgot to ask them, "Say, where are you guys from anyway?"
Candlelight giggled, "Guess I must have forgotten!" she told him, "My name's Aria, but everyone just calls me Candlelight or Candle."
Alison then turns her head, "I'm Alison. I don't have a nickname like that, I guess just Alison or Ali is fine."
Candlelight chuckled a little, "I'm not looking at anything fancy, I'm just looking for a car that's under about fifteen-twenty grand that can get me places faster, you know?" She told him, "As long as I got a radio and a motor I'm a happy camper!"
Candlelight giggled, "I'm about average. I usually save up the extra birthday and Christmas money that I get from family for college, and now I'm saving it for a car!" she told him, "I asked my mom if she could help me split the money, but I don't think she's on board."
"Aww, how cute, you guys like the geeky gizmos and computer chips and stuff!" she told them, "Not the bad kind of geeky, I mean you guys can fix and build all sorts of stuff!" Alison looked at Candlelight, "Speaking of that, Candle, when are you getting your car?" She asked her.
Candlelight shrugs, "I still gotta save up for that. They don't really come cheap and I want it to look great!" she told her, "Plus, I have no idea which one I want yet!" she then looks over at Raven and Nicole, "We're not that far, I'd say about another 15 minutes and we'll be at the house."
