Okay, make sure you're doing this on a computer (anything but a phone, I use my xbox), then click on the box with 3 dots in the top right corner, click on "add new page", enter a name for your oc, then go on from there.
Yeah, at first I used an old laptop to create a page for my main oc. However, I was limited in some ways such as certain letters (specifically ð) so I thought about using microsoft edge on my xbox series x to edit the page, it ended up working better so I could put my oc’s name as Bass Skaðisson, except for the title which is still Bass Skadisson.
